Made homemade cookies for the first time and needed 1/4 thick dough & let me tell you this rolling pin saved my life ! So easy to use , nice thick quality worth the money and it’ll help save the hassle.

My wife made sugar cookies for all the grandkids to decorate. She loved how she got such a even thickness. Very consistent.

I'm pretty happy with it. I did love my last KitchenAid roller, the weight was nice, and it was easy to clean. I am comparing this one to the KitchenAid. As I said, I liked the weight of my old one, but after rolling out 5 pies, I was glad to have my new, much lighter one. I absolutely need the adjustable thickness, I'm not a baker and I can't measure crust thickness, this helped a ton. It also cleans and stores easy. It's easier to drain dry than the KitchenAid.

I bought this rolling pin primarily to roll out clay slabs to a uniform thickness for my pottery workshop. The product is sturdy and the plastic spacers are tough and smooth. I would like a unit that's wider and has larger spacers for my particular use, but it works exactly as described.
