It worked as expected for the one fitting I used it on. I think it will do many more, but we'll have to find out another time.

This 4" size would not work with my battery powered (M12) 1/2" drill. The shank is 1/2" but I think because it is not sharp, it caused my drill to overload. Went through 3 batteries before I gave up and used my large plug in 1/2" drill. Then it took about 5 minutes. It gets really hot too.

I was remodeling a 2nd floor bathroom, when I noticed the shower drain pipe broke off inside the elbow, located below the sub floor. I couldn't reach the joint without tearing out a downstairs wall. This attachment allowed me to ream out the fitting and replace the drain pipe without tearing out a wall. Time and money saved!!

Had a t break just above the connector and there was not enough pipe to cap. This saved me from having to cut the maintain from my house to the meter. Just drilled in and was able to get a secured replacement cap on the new pvc piece that fit in. I did need to dremmel around the inside of the t neck for the replacement pipe to fit.

Does not remove all the old pipe correctly; almost seems like it is undersized..or metric.Waste of money.

I had picked up a couple of these to have on hand in case I ever needed them. When a semi-emergency situation occurred to my main water feed, I used it to attempt a repair to go with the one fitting and pipe that I had on hand. Unfortunately, it very slowly cuts an oversized hole into the fitting that no amount of PVC cement can make up for, resulting in a very loose fit and a leaky joint. No water for the rest of the night. :-( Look elsewhere.

This tool saved me hours of work. I was able to ream out 1 1/2 inches of the existing toilet flange collar to turn the existing toilet flange into a union. I then glued in an extension pipe to the reamed out toilet flange collar - all within minutes. Saved me breaking up the cement floor to install a new union. Extension pipe seals and is secure in place. Tool is heavy duty. You just have to take your time so the plastic shaves off but does not melt in place.

It worked well just like the you tube video. A worthwhile tool to have.
