Love this headset, works great with Teams, taking calls, clear sound...never any static & connects all the time. I tried all of them & this is the best.When you turn it on it tells you, power on, battery high, pc connected. It'll tell you how many battery hrs left from point of 11 hrs. Great headset!

People can still hear background noise. But in the video reviews people have crying babies and you supposedly can’t hear it. But they can hear the tv in the next room on mine.Somewhat flimsy for how expensive it is. Beeps randomly with no idea why. Randomly disconnects. Too expensive for quality. People claim they can't hear me all the time. BIG WASTE of money if you need it for more than a month.

Update: I’m back. About a week or so later. Increase the rating from 2-starts to 3-stars. I’ve used this headset nearly exclusively connected to the usbc receiver and batter has been great. I guess the first day I should have kept it on the charger and waited to use the next day. I’ve used the headset for an entire 8 hour shift with no battery issues. Still finished the day on high battery. I charge it about every other day or for an hour or so after work just to make sure it’s fully ready to go. So, why the 4-stars? Noise cancellation. It’s pretty good, but not what I expected based on some reviews. Noise is muffled, during meetings my voice is heard clearly but some noise can be heard in the background. Not enough for others to know what is on or going on in the background but they can tell something is on. In my experience, if you have a toddler and they are close to the mix or yelling the toddler will be heard. I haven’t had any complaints at the moment. Please note my experience is in a work/meeting settings. I had no issues connecting to my iPhone, but I purchased these headphones specifically for work. Hope this helps!Prior review:Received my headset, Poly Voyager 4310 UC, and was exited to try out since my Airpods pro 2 have been spotty during MS Team meetings. Headset was easy to setup and connect to my work laptop and iPhone. Sound was great, headset was comfortable although could have a greater adjustment range. Blocked out sound well, but I wouldn’t say 100%. I WFH and have a toddler. Times when my toddler was heard I was told it sounded faint and couldn’t really make out what the sound was unless the mic was really close. Teams integration is awesome and super handy. Being able to mute from the mic, and click the Team button to interact with Teams was clutch. Headset is comfortable and feels like good quality.Unfortunately, there are two deal breaker issues for me. One, battery life sucked. Headset came charged for “6†hrs of talk time. After an hour of use headset notified me that the battery was low. About 10 minutes after that they died and disconnected. Which leads me to the other sucky part - charging. I charged these things for 4 whole hours, only to get another hour or so of talk time after being told the headset was 100% charged. I don’t mind it taking a while to charge if I’ll get the advertised “24 hoursâ€, or at the least a standard 8 hr shift use. But for an hour of talk time…nah I’m good.I tested this headset connected via the dongle and Bluetooth. Slightly longer performance with the dongle, but man. I was so annoyed I still ended up using my AirPods most of the day.To be as far as possible, I’m going to try again tomorrow and see what happens. I’ll update this post with my experience, and I will be returning ASAP if poor battery performance continues.

UPDATE May 5, 2023: Keep the usb dongle that comes with it. If you use remote desktop and run Teams remotely then the usb dongle that comes with it is the only way to have Teams recognize the microphone. I thought it was unnecessary and since I was using it exclusively with my phone it didn't matter. Now that I've switched back to using it with Windows the usb dongle is the only way running Teams remotely recognizes the microphone.Addendum: Yeah, I could run Teams locally but would have to allow remote control of my local machine. No thanks. I run a virtual machine which connects to a remote machine via VPN and runs Teams on that remote machine. The usb dongle is the only way to get Teams to recognize the microphone.END UPDATEThis was the 3rd headset I tried since going remote full time.The first one, trusty old plantronics plt-50 was great but the battery life was too short. Same problem for pixel earbuds btw.The second one was a never-heard-of-brand Eumspo. Picked up too much, echo ruined remote meetings. Plus the around-the-ear band was too thick to use with glasses.This one? Perfect for my needs. Battery life lasts so long I've never gone below 80%. Easily lasts a week, probably more. No echo on calls. Works perfectly with Teams for mobile phones and desktop. The teams button actually works.If your use case is similar to mine - at most 1-3 hours of meetings a day - then save your time and get this thing.

Can not get it to work wirelessly. But when I plug into computer it works great for my Zoom calls but when I try to use it on MS teams which is what my job uses mostly, the microphone randomly stops working and my manager or clients can’t hear me. I then have to unplug it the headset and use my computers main mic which is unfortunate because I bought these to help with background noise. Not reliable but I kept them to at least use while on zoom calls since I can’t find another brand that makes good microphone background canceling

Can connect to two devices at once...one via bluetooth and the other via a dongle. So, I have the dongle on my Mac and use bluetooth to my phone. Works great. I like that I can easily slip it in its stand and it charges while I'm not using it. I can pick it up quickly when my phone rings. Sometimes it takes a few seconds to connect to an incoming phone call, though.

Installation sehr schnell und einfach. Bedienung und Gesprächslautstärke super. Hörmuschel und Bügel sehr angenehm. Ansonsten macht es was es soll. Ich habe nichts gefunden, was ich irgendwie anders gewollt hätte.

Très déçu du produit pour un produit à ce prix.Premièrement il est lourd, inenvisageable de le garder plus d'une heure sur la tête.Le micro est bien mais il a tendance à capter tous les sons environnants, si quelqu'un parle au téléphone à quelques mètres, mon interlocuteur l'entend autant qu'il m'entend.Ensuite il dysfonctionne, depuis ce matin : impossible de l'éteindre, le switch "Off" n'a aucun effet. J'ai trouvé plusieurs messages sur internet concernant ce problème, je ne suis pas un cas isolé.Ensuite Impossible ce matin de le connecter à mon téléphone, et impossible de le reboot, j'avais un meeting important, j'ai passé 4 ou 5 minutes à expliquer à mes interlocuteurs que j'étais en train de régler un problème technique. Finalement je l'ai fait en haut-parleur, SUPER ! Merci Poly de m'avoir fait passer pour un imbécile. J'avais un casque à 30€ avant qui ne m'a jamais fait défaut à ce point.Maintenant depuis 1h c'est la connexion au PC qui ne fonctionne plus. 🤬Je pense que je vais le retourner à l'envoyeur.MAJ après 1 mois d'utilisation : L'appareil ne fonctionne plus du tout.Malgré une charge toute la nuit, la batterie tient 20 secondes, puis l'appareil demande une charge complète.Je repose l'appareil sur son socle de charge et là : batterie : 100%Merci Amazon pour le retour Gratuit, Poly byebye, Poly plus jamais
