I recently crafted a diy fish tank lid using this sheet, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The sheet is thick enough to feel sturdy, giving me reassurance my betta is safe and secure in his tank. At the same time. It’s thin enough to be cut with snips, making it easy to customize to fit your tanks needs. My tank has odd measurements compared to average 10 gallons tanks so I couldn’t find a lid that would perfectly fit my tank. It was easy to round the corners to allow space for cords to go through as well.I love that this lid offers the best of both worlds. It ensures that my betta stays safe, preventing any accidental jumps, yet doesn’t sacrifice any style. I wanted to keep the seamless style since I have a rimless tank. Being clear and thin, it doesn’t obstruct any views and allows me to do that.To add on some convenience, I also ordered some clear self-adhesive hinges to create an opening for feeding. This lid has proven to be a practical and stylish addition to my aquarium setup, and I highly recommend it to fellow fish keeps. It’s a cost-effective and customizable solution for keeping your aquatic friends safe and your tank looking great!

I used small this Polycarbonate Clear Plastic Sheet on the wall under our kitchen counter. The garbage can lives there and is moved from time to time and is always scraping the paint under there. My wife does not like that, surprised? This sheet drilled easily with no cracking or marring (it has a plastic wrapper). I put anchors in the wall an mounted it. It has stopped the problem and the wife is happy with it, I even got "that's pretty smart" from her.I almost complained about this sheet because after screwing it to the wall it looked cracked around the screw holes. Sheet cracked with slight pressure of screws???? But after further review I found I had tapped the anchors with a small hammer when installing them in wall and had damaged the drywall slightly. This sheet was as clear and pristine as when I first looked at it. Good stuff! Poor install!

I needed a clear cover for a part inside of a vehicle of mine and tried this. It was easy to cut and drill and crystal clear. I will keep what was left over for future projects. This material is not brittle or prone to cracking. All I had to do was cut it with some tin snips and sand the edges. Gives me ideas for future projects.

I'm trying to align an adhesive image to the pre-printed grid on the film, but noticed the sheet edges are not cut flush with the ruler lines. In other words, if you are trying to align something to the grid, it will be slightly crooked. Almost wish they didn't have the grid, it's deceiving. If you are simply using this as is, as a clear plastic, you will be fine. Just measure twice, cut once, as they say.

I’ve bought this a few times to use as the removable bottom of a carry bag. Works great (you will need power tool to cut it unless you are patient enough to manually run a cutter over it again and again until you work it through enough to bend it back and forth and break it. You will also want a tool with which to round the corners so they are not so sharp to cut anyone.). I like that it comes with removable plastic that has a cutting grid on it.

Needed this to create an overlay on the score panel of a dartboard. Was very difficult to cut with a Hyde plexi, laminate cutter but with some finish filing, it came out perfect for my application.

If you intend to use this as a flat surface, it should work ok. I tried to glue and clamp it on a Chevy instrument panel cluster which is not flat and it kept snapping off even after clamping for 48 hours. The old broken cover I took off and was trying to replace with this acrylic piece was about 1/2 the thickness of this 1/16" thick piece, so just wished I could find a 1/32" thick product. Or like my headline states, I wish it was more pliable.I finally used a slow setting epoxy which did run on the inside of the acrylic piece, but when I left it clamped for 4 days, just to make sure the epoxy had cured, it did hold this acrylic piece in a curved positon. Not a perfect job, since I had epoxy that ran and several scratch marks from trying to clamp several times.Basically, it just was not thin enough or pliable enough for my project. It will probably work fine for any project that requires a flat acrylic piece. Not permanently curved.

Great for an aquarium tank. This is 5 gallons so I needed to cut it to size, which was a little difficult but still was able to do.
