My local pool supply store wanted $90.00 for a Hayward Tune-Up Kit that included the same as this kit from Amazon. The kit from Amazon appears to be made from the same high quality materials as the one my pool supply store was trying to sell me for 6 times more than what I paid on Amazon.The parts were very easy to install and videos are available on YouTube if you get in a jam as I did installing the rear flap. Once I watched the video, it was a snap. My pool vacuum runs like brand new now.

Everything fit great until I had to install the front flap. It went in ok but was not a good fit and kept hanging up . It wiuld start to wirk then get stuck, looked like the spring was not strong enough or it would rude up in the lower A frame. Had to reinstall the old flap and it worked fine.
