The leaf net works well on our pool. The second finer mesh net has more resistance when raking the pool, but you will get used to it. The netting seems more durable than me previous net.

It's obviously a cheaper quality net than the expensive ones, but, hey, it's cheaper! I just didn't expect it also to be so much smaller. I will say that it's also lighter and easier to manage than the big expensive nets.

Tried a cheaper alternative that was too small and flimsy to get the job done. Quickly replaced it with this one and have found it to be a great, quality product. Easily nets even clusters of leaves or branches.

While this pool leaf skimmer is slightly smaller than the previous 6-7 I’ve owned over the last 12-13 years it’s actually solving the one specific problem the others had and ultimately broke within 12-18 months of use and that’s the fact that it’s slightly smaller and way stronger when running it deep across the surface of the pool to scoop out smaller debris and dirt. The force at which you withdraw the skimmer typically is too much for one that has a bigger surface area and therefore weaker and breaks at the neck. Very happy so far!!

So easy to use, has held up a pool season so far. The mesh is small to get the little ants that can’t swim out of the water and strong for the fallen leaves. Makes pool chores less difficult

I like that it has a nice size net to it, but it's just not very durable. My son tried to skim the bottom of the pool with it and the pressure made it snap in two. It should have a warning or note stating it's good for top of the pool skimming only.

At first I was worried it might be too big for my small inflatable hot tub but it's great! Why not just do 1 pass instead of 10 to catch debris?It's easy to bang out once you have trapped debris in it and it's light and easy to use.
