I was tired of the plastic one breaking so I jumped on these when I found them. They are holding up well and I expect them to last much longer.

the plastic inserts degrade here in the desert. the stainless steel construction works really well here. Don't expect to have to replace them every two years.

These are great! They hold the pole on so much better than the plastic clips.

Beware that if the brush doesn't have sufficient dimension above the side holes, this won't work. The clip has about a 1/8" of metal more then the broken plastic clip did so on one brush it wouldn't fit. These clips worked fine on another brush. Check yours first.

Work fine when you can install them into the "open end" of the "tool" you want to attach.But, for my brushes they need to install right up against the "bristle" end of the brush,and they don't easily fit because of the little reinforcing wall that fills the neck of the brush.This isn't the brush I have, but has the clip in the same place ...https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09QS7CMWN/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
