I serve beer at concerts. I was looking for a beer can opener. I needed something more light to hold as I have fibromyalgia. And there are days I don’t have a lot of strength in my hands. I also have nails and opening cans gets hard on them. So when I ran across these I thought I would buy two since they weren’t expensive. They are also light and I didn’t have a lot of hope because they were plastic so I thought they would break easy. Boy was I wrong. They are great! And do the job. They are easy to use. The one drawback is every great once in awhile they get hung up on something on the can and the tab bends almost in half so I remove it and open it manually just so I don’t ruin the product. Highly recommend!

Helps my mother in law open her soda cans. Seems sturdy. She really likes these.

I recently purchased the tab opener with high hopes of aiding my elderly mother, who often struggles with opening soda cans. While I found that it works smoothly for me, I must admit that it still presents challenges for her, despite its seemingly straightforward design. On the positive side, the tab opener does indeed make the task of opening soda cans easier, at least in theory. Its simple yet effective mechanism allows for a smooth and effortless lifting of the tab, eliminating the need for strenuous finger manipulation. For someone with full dexterity, like myself, it's a convenient tool that simplifies an otherwise mundane task. However, when it comes to my elderly mother, the reality is a bit more complicated. While the tab opener does offer some assistance, she still finds it difficult to use effectively. The ergonomic design, while helpful for some, may not be ideal for individuals with limited hand strength or mobility issues. Despite its ease of use for me, it still poses challenges for her, leaving her feeling frustrated and discouraged. In conclusion, while the tab opener may work well for some users, its effectiveness ultimately depends on individual circumstances. While it may provide relief for those with mild difficulties, it may not be suitable for individuals with more significant mobility issues or strength limitations. As such, I would recommend considering alternative options or supplementary aids for those in need of more comprehensive assistance with opening soda cans.

Best thing ever. They do eventually break and you have to get more but they last about a year and a half so I’m happy with them.

Has held up well so far. Durable and hasn't broken. Works great, instead of using my press on or acrylic nails.

Got for a friend with Osteoarthritis and she loves them, keeps them at home, work, frequented friend drawers and purse. Right size and sturdy construction for pull top cans.

These are plastic, and not shaped roundish like the pulltabs, OR like the drinking ports I was trying to open on my iced-tea & sparkling water cans (same size as beer cans). These openers are flat, with squared edges and a slot the pulltab fits into.I've bent the pulltabs so far they JUST bent without the can opening, and I tried to force an edge onto the drinking port to get it to open; that didn't work most of the time.I tossed these out, and found the shorter 3-prong hardened aluminum bottle/can openers (the curved prongs for bottle caps, straight prong for pulltabs) on the "bidding website".I did look for those shorter openers first on this shopping site, but 🤷â€â™€ï¸.

We work concessions and these are a life saver on my finger nails. They are also very helpful for the tabs that start to bend in half with the typical bottle openers. These get right down and can open them easily! I put mine on a lanyard so it’s easily accessible
