The bath was everything I hoped for and more. The assembly directions to install the second drain were easy and straightforward. I set it up in my shower immediately and it was a perfect fit. I was impressed with how sturdy and stable it is.The tub is softer and deeper than a standard apartment built-in bathtub. It is very comfortable to take a long relaxing bath. The neck rest is ergonomic and very comfortable. For the first bath, I did install the little tray that is included and it worked well. However, I did buy a bamboo bath tray so It wasn’t really necessary.The depth of this bathtub is fabulous. I love that the water actually goes all the way up to my shoulders so I could fully submerse without bending my knees, which is impressive since I am 5’9â€. In standard bathtubs, I usually have to have my shoulders and half of my torso out of the water if I want my legs in or vice versa. Also, the heat retention exceeded my expectations. I was able soak for over an hour and the water was still hot.The draining system worked really well. I was initially concerned about water leakage, but this was not an issue. The hose was easy to connect. I put it near the drain in the shower and it worked perfectly with no excess water escaping the shower area. The second drain on the bottom of the tub was handy for the little bit of water that was left. I just slightly tipped the tub at the end to get the last bit of water out. I turn the bathtub upside down in the shower to dry overnight before folding it up and storing it.This is my experience, using the tub for the first time. I look forward to having many more home spa days.

I don't write many reviews but this item deserves it. I was leary about spending so much money on a "rubber bathtub", but I'd gone too many years without a long, leisurely soak. Keep in mind that i write this as a 70 y.o. woman. I figured, "Ah, free returns!", but could just see myself schlepping the huge thing through Kohl's! I took the leap and am so glad I did. The tub is EASY TO "UNFOLD" - alot like those colapsable vegetable strainers. IT'S HUGE! I'm 5' 10" and I can sit in it with my legs comfortably extended -- more comfortably than in any built in tub I've had! It's also TALL/DEEP. Again, more so than many built ins. It has a good drainage hole, two actually, so it DRAINS QUICKLY. The tub FOLDS DOWN EASILY and stores on a plastic hook my husband installed on an out of the way bathroom wall. Best of all though is that the water STAYS HOT! It retains heat exceptionally well despite sitting on our cold tile bathroom floor.My only criticism is that it's got some sort of molding of the rubber on the bottom which I suppose suggests a seat. I need to put a folded towel down over it in order to sit comfortably. A small inconvenience for me.Haha, Best is, I'm actually writing this as I soak in the tub perusing the internet. Someone hand me my towel please! ðŸ˜

I bought this for my girlfriend as a surprise and was very skeptical that it was going to be any good, but boy was I wrong! Her master bathroom didn’t have a bathtub and she loves baths so I gave it a try. She loves it and because it’s so easy to setup and take down she uses it anytime that she can. I chose this model because I felt like the inflatable type would be too much of a hassle and I hoped that this one would be easier to operate and it actually takes about 10 seconds or less to set up and be ready to start filling with water, it’s the simplest thing ever. It’s also very sturdy and large enough for a grown man to get submerged up to their neck. I was also concerned about this style of tub, not holding heat as well as maybe an inflatable tub would but it has proven to stay hot for more than an hour after filling, and not just a little warm, actually hot. I had this tub and many others in my cart for months trying to figure out which one would be the right one and if you are in that boat, then do yourself a favor and just order this, I wish I had done it long time before I did.I do wish the ordering process was a bit quicker with better communication, the day before it shipped (which was about five weeks after I ordered it) I was nearly about to cancel the order thinking it was never going to come. That would be my only complaint but it has been used a couple times a week ever since it arrived! Great product!
