Works as promised. I have used it on potatoes with the medium disk and for hardboiled eggs with the large disk (for egg salad). Easy to clean. Only minor complaint is that I have to be pretty careful about securing the disk when I reload. The disk has a tendency to stick to the potatoes and pull up on one side. Just have to make sure it is firmly reseated before reloading.

Bought this to make gnocchi. I tried different amounts of potato cubes and always had potato I needed to scrape into a bigger pile to push through. The disc would pull up when I lifted the handle to scrape potato up and add a few more cubes to rice. Wasn't much of a time saver, but the gnocchi turned out good.
