I've had other potato ricers, but this one is the best. High capacity and easy to clean, which is the downside of round ricers.The pin that holds the two parts together is a bit fiddly. It comes out easily to assist cleaning, but takes a bit of finesse to put back together. Small issue. I almost said small potatoes. LOL. I slay me.In any case, this is a great potato ricer. Use a silicone spatula to scrape off the inevitable spuds sticking to the sides, etc. and add them to the bowl after riceing the rest.Cleanup is a breeze after that. Hose it down, and re-assemble.

11/10 Great product. For thanksgiving I make a large batch of mashed potatoes and this cut my time in half. Easy to clean. Will mash about 2 med potatoes at a time.

It would rice the potatoes, but it also squished a ton of the potatoes out the top and sides, even if I didn't put a lot in the squeezing compartment.

Love the fact that this product will last a very long time, large enough for a big potato piece. Definitely a good buy.

bent the handles of another ricer squeezing juice from raw shredded potatoes — this one has no such problem!!it is built with the pressure moving along its wide side and the metal seems as thick as car side panel metal — it is beefy and hardcorethis will be a lifetime product i can already tell — world champion ricer

Holds about cup and a half of potatoes. Rices well. Very easy to clean in fact. Boiled my potatoes in milk this year and then riced them. The potatoes were the silkiest ever. Will make them this way again.
