Easy to use. The delivery method is spot on. It allows the right amount of flour sugar or what ever you choose to score you bread loafs. I love mine. Don’t know how I managed with out it. Don’t hesitate to get this!

This is perfect for dusting bread baskets for making bread, dusting over deserts, etc. I keep it in the flower bin so it's always ready.

I purchased this primarily for dusting flour onto stencils on breads, but now I find every other baking option to make use of it (which means a lot of powdered sugar going onto everything!) It is spring-loaded; the 'ball' is opened by depressing the end of the handle, and then it holds itself shut. It rinses out very easily. A great little device added to my kitchen toolkit.
