I expected this unit to be powered from my Midas Mixer - the MR18, but the Ultranet portal did not provide POE (power over ethernet) to the unit. Not the unit's fault. So I picked up the associated POE Switch and it functions correctly. Note that it functioned with a power supply just fine, I just did not want one more power supply to deal with on stage.

Would like them to replace the metal clamp that came apart after less than 2 months. My attempts to get it resolved went nowhere. Hoping to get satisfaction. I just want them to replace the broken piece. I'll gladly change my review if they take care of the problem.

Sounds great! This is perfect if you need additional in ears for your soundboard. This will give you all the in ears you need with out using xlr outputs.

Great item! The worship band is very glad with the P16 we bought. It’s a great way to have in ears system in our church. We bought two and we just bought two more. We’re planning to buy more in the future. Excellent package too!
