This was the second time I got a card from zuzume. The first one was for $5 as a test. Just got an e-mail to activate it. Worked well with good prices to countries like Peru. When card ran on they were no longer on Amazon. They came back on Amazon but started shipping fee for a card rather than the original e-mail. That fee was at least $5 so for a $5 card the cost had doubles. I ordered a $10 card because of that and they ended up sending me a $5 card. After contacting them they corrected the matter totally adding the new funds on my old card; One of the problem was I used a check rather than plastic. It is a small family run company as i understand so they are more proactive. The card is very useful, the rates cheap, and the voice quality is pretty good. The best I have found in years.

Very disappointed. I do not recommend. I bought this card because my landline plan is for incoming, 800 numbers or local exchanges and or incoming calls. I have no service here to use my cell. I thought the purchase of this card would allow me to call long distance on my landline. I dialed the number as directed on the card and that month when I got my phone bill I noticed I was charged something like 5.95 just for registration of this card. No where did it say I was going to be charged an amount greater than the cost of the card, and I still can’t call long distance on my landline. Buyer beware. Had I known this was the case I never would have bought this card. Another month has passed and I never used the card and got yet another 5.00 and some odd cents charge on my landline. Now I have to call my phone company and wait on hold for hours to reverse the charges. Not happy, and I feel I have been scammed. This card was of zero use to me. Just beware that this doesn’t happen to you. Very disappointed, and I don’t recommend.

About half of the calls will not go throught. The connection is poor.

Easy to use and to load, even has an app on the app store, even though its not updated, it shows an works fine on my iPhone 6S.Rates are twice as high as a competitor I use to call to Panama, but cheaper to call to Lebanon. So check your rate at their website before paying for a card. Overall its a good card, sound quality is good and easy to load and recharge and they have $5 cards which is great. They used the phone number from my address on amazon to link the card automatically so make sure you want that number linked if you want the easiest way to have the money ready. I received a $5 card for free for my review.
