This little tool shave off at least half a day of work. Trying to install header board in workshop 32 feet long. Turned this little bugger on and not only did it illuminate a straight line from end to end, but also wrapped around to the adjacent walls about three fit in. Hubby said he wished he would have had this sooner for all the projects he did requiring a straight line. We will use this a lot. Every house should have one. Best purchase we have made in years. This laser level is great for the price. My buddy has a Dewalt one but I could not justify the price for the few projects I have. This product is just as bright if not more than the Dewalt one, but the build quality is not as good, plastic feels a little cheaper. However, works just as well and accurate. The cons of this product is it only works in one orientation (straight up and down) whereas laser levels by other brands can work in multiple orientations. Also, the tripod included with this purchase is a little gimmicky, only about 2 ft tall and unless you prop it on something else it really has no use. I’d highly recommend getting an actual tripod along with this product as it has the hole on the bottom that can connect to any tripod accessory out there.

Bought this for my fiance to use during our home renovations we're doing and he loves it. It was easy to set up and the self leveling has made so many projects less stressful. It's durable (yes, she's been dropped) and all of the pieces feel good quality. There are a lot of more expensive options out there but for the price it does the exact same thing. Save yourself a few bucks and grab this!

I bought this to help hang wallpaper as recommended. The tripod isn't very tall so I had to angle the laser leveler upward which at that point, it turned itself off. The directions were only photographs and I've never used one of these before sonI wasn't sure if it was an operator error? There is only one button for power and it had the leveler on the side and by the photos I saw, it should have worked even when not level. It look a longer than expected before I could put the wallpaper up so I'm unable to return this item. I would not purchase it again.

I been wanting to get one for a long time, I have only used it twice so far , and I like the self leveling. It setup in seconds . And the price was great too.

I don't even know why this is on the market it is far from level it's extremely off the automatic feature never settles down and just jumps all the time. The tripod is absolutely worthless it's There is no way to level in the manual mode unless you assume the product has a level surface. So you will HAVE TO HAVE A LEVEL just to use the product. So what the sense in owning this? What a worthless product. Back to the manual way and tape measure. Clearly a poor product with zero quality control and no proper engineering. Something someone built in their basement engineering.

I used this laser level tripod for my molding project in the living room, and it was really helpful for getting everything aligned. It was a bit tricky to adjust at first, but once I got the hang of it, it made the project a lot more enjoyable.
