This is a window crank handle meant for small windows and used mainly in recreational vehicles. Made of brown plastic. It fits on a 5/16 inch spindle, and is internally serrated.

This window handle is constructed from brown plastic. It comes internally serrated for a 5/16in. spindle. It features a stem length of 1-3/4in. that fits most standard RV window operators.

It fit just fine. I was concerned since my original handle had a 3" screw and they supplied 1" screws, but they hollowed out the handle much further down, so the new screws worked just fine. The shaft will be a bit weaker than the original, but if you use it with a twisting motion (like a corkscrew or screwdriver) and not a crank (like a bicycle pedal), my guess is that it should hold up well.

This set of handles were a perfect replacement for the old ones that got brittle and broke. They fit well and do the job.

RV had flat, large round knobs which required many turns to open and close windows which is done daily. These really make a difference in speed and convenience. Should have done it years ago. I replaced all factory knobs with these crank handles. Very happy with them.

does the job but a metal one would be stronger. Used for bathroom vent in RV trailer.
