Built for ease of use, the Gobbler Shaker Call from Primos allows you to create jake gobbling with one hand and adult gobbling with two hands. The loud shaker provides sounds that will both challenge and locate gobblers. A patented silencer cap eliminates unintended sounds.

This is a handy Gobbler call. There is a lid that keeps the call silent when walking in the mountains/woods. There are two different functions: 1) Single handed operation by briskly moving your hand back and forth mimicking a Gobbler. 2) two handed operation for an adult. The construction is durable and flexible allowing transport in a pocket or vest rather easy. The black coloration is less conspicuous though I'd prefer Real Tree Camouflage. For the ease of use, portability, realistic sound and cost, it's a great tool.

Needs a good break-in or used for a good hour, until the stiff rubber call starts to fully function.Fresh out of the packaging, like so many other reviewers, the call sounds like a dead or dying turkey call.Initially used within my 65-68F house interior, call was sounding like a dying turkey still. I then walked around my five acre vacant lot for about an hour with ~48-50F, feeling cold temperature, and using the one handed call still sounded like a dying turkey. Then, inside my ~65-68F house, once the device was laying around for an hour or so warming back up, the one handed call was fully functioning and sounding like a real live loud turkey.Bottom line, the base of the rubber call near the handle is very stiff rubber and requires to be worn/broken-in. I'm certainly thinking the similar is occurring with the two-handed call.IDEA: They need to make pink colored devices for calling pink turkeys.

Works well when it's warm out. When it's chilly the reed inside must not be able to vibrate and it sound pretty bad.I'm on my second one now and the soft rubber has seperated from the hard plastic. Used for only two seasons.

Upon opening and first trying this call I wasn't pleased but after some practice I think it sounds good. Haven't used this afield yet, but I expect it to get the job done!

I got this for my 5 year old grandson who has turkeys running through his back yard and now he talks to them. Great fun!

We will see, turkey season starts in two weeks. It does work and makes gobbler sounding noise, whether the turkeys will fall for it or not remains to be seen.

Hunted for years with only hen calls. Decided to try a gobbler call this season and was not disappointed. Birds called back in the mornings and came to the call, I tried jake calling one day and 2 jakes came in. Great call and for the price, its well worth it. I hunt in a blind so no worries about movement when using the call.

Sounds pretty great. Definitely brings them in closer. Took some practice to get good at, but not much. I'd recommend over some of the more expensive ones I've tried out of Cabelas
