I haven’t used it yet in the field but I play with it when I’m driving. A lot . Anyways really easy to use... like the little metal spring compared to the rubber banded ones I’ve had in the past. Perrs are great.. some rubbing noise from the dowels against the holes so I put some silicone past on those to eliminate that unwanted sound. For the price I’m pretty happy with what I got. Something new to add to my arsenal

I'm new to turkey hunting and this call is very simple for me to use. Keep it dry and it sounds great. I'd give 5 stars if it came with a decent way to carry it in the field. The design doesn't look like it would survive a rough trip in a backpack, but I could be wrong... A case would help keep it from making noise inadvertently. I keep it in the original box with some staples along one side covered with masking tape. A rubber band keeps it closed. Works better than not having a case at all.

I’m a idiot, and was struggling with the mouth calls and even all the variation from my box call. This was just the ticket. Got me in a back and forth and called in my first Tom, 2 jakes, and two hens within 2 hours.

Bought my first push call about a year ago, worked good, sounds were appropriate.Bought two more for both my boys, the spring kept the plate from touching the slate, after fiddling with the call for several minutes couldn’t get it to work properly. Tried the third one, same issues. No instructions or fix to the calls. Will be sending them back.

This item came quick. Out of the box it sounds really good. Makes good yelp and purr sounds. It came with chalk as a bonus. It will great for my sons or daughter to use to begin to get the turkey calling mystic down. Will update this review if it is successful but still a great addition to my bag of turkey tricks.

Works well corners are sharp and poke your hand i had to file them down the wood was not finished so i applied polyurethane so water wouldn't affect it
