Nice seat strap because of how adjustable it is(should fit every bassoon boot joint), it’s truly non-slip. The leather is not super high quality compared to other brands but it works well and is pretty durable. The only thing I’ve noticed is that after a week of playing the non-slip rubber on the bottom has started to become unstitched, but this was easily fixed with super glue. I could also see the leather creasing in the future if not properly taken care of.

The Basson does not fall forward like a hook strap. MUCH BETTER.

It was too tight and because the material was kind if sticky, it was hard to get it off. Most of times whole lower cap came off with the strap.Maybe this is for smaller bassoon. Not for my Moosemann 222.

Very poor craftsmanship, the leather is literally sewn on crooked. The cup is not placed straight on the strap, so when placed in the strap the bassoon is rotated forward, placing strain on my left hand. I'll be replacing this strap with the Fox cup strap instead. Should have bought that one to begin with, but I was curious to see what I could get on amazon.
