I had never felt passionately about a vacuum cleaner until I used this piece of garbage. I NEVER write reviews, but because I despise this vacuum, I felt compelled to review. This vacuum sucks up dirt and your time. It takes 3x as long to clean a room due to the very long, heavy-duty cord that gets twisted up and stuck all the time and the backpack that bumps into walls. The cord is so heavy and thick, that it gets stuck under doors which then creates a whiplash effect on the user. The hose is ridiculously long and gets twisted and caught on the backpack and cord. The backpack unit also makes the person wearing it very hot. When using this backpack vacuum, the user feels like she is trying to vacuum while getting attacked by a giant octopus. My husband bought this vacuum thinking that it was going to be so efficient and easy to work with. I wish he had been right. If you're reading this review, keep looking for another vacuum.

I will preface by saying that I rarely leave reviews or products, however, this vacuum cleaner is the best machine ever. If you are looking for a lightweight, backpack, vacuum, that is extremely powerful this is the one. I own a house cleaning company and clean upwards of 10 houses a day, and this is by far the best vacuum that I have found. To start I don’t know how it just collects so much fine dust- I will finish cleaning a seemingly clean house and my the time I leave the container(and filter) will be full of very fine light brown dust like baking powder consistency, a level of deep cleaning that no other vacuum has ever acheived for me. I have tried many canister vacuums from Miele and backpack vacuums from pro team and comfort pro but none close to the level of this vacuum. Other backpack vacuums are heavy and they are not as absorbent. I have found others absorb, bigger pieces of debris, but not this find dust that I’m telling you about. We’re also surprises me about this vacuum is the fact that is it is so light weight! My daughter and I are 5’4 women and this is perfect for us, we had tried other backpack vacuums, because we were tired of rolling around the canisters, but the other ones were too heavy. What really made this is the best vacuum for me was the fact that it has the great carpet attachment, veryyy similar to the Miele premium C3 carpet vacuum attachment, which costs $300 alone. Like I said, I have tried many many vacuums and this is the best one. I think it is very much worth the price given that the miele C3 for example costs over $2000 with the vacuum attachment. I will say I did like that vacuum however, it was so annoying to drag around the canister on carpet, trailing behind me leaving tracks. Additionally, the vacuum did not get as much fine dust with the floor attachment as this backpack vacuum from prolux. All the trial and error was worth finding this amazing vacuum though. Not to mention the fact that customer service is amazing.A couple of cons-I was used to having the other vacuums that were extremely extremely durable that I could just throw them around, and nothing would happen, however, the material that this one is made out of specifically the plastic parts in the body are slightly more delicate than others now if you treat them. Well I have some started hanging them in the van etc. if you treat them well they will last perfectly fine . At first, I did break a couple parts however, like I said, I emailed customer service and they quickly reached back and sent replacement items at no cost. I have never had such a great experience with customer service.Another thing that I struggled a little bit with in the beginning was that when I wanted to switch the attachments between the floor and the carpet, there’s a little wire that connects to the carpet attachment, and when I would remove it sometimes it would get stuck to the carpet attachment and the wire/ chord would come out so when I wanted to put it back onto the carpet attachment after I was done using it on the floor you can’t because the chord isn’t in the pole correctly. (Wire only connects to carpet attachment) I reached out to customer service about this and they sent me a replacement telescoping one and it would still happen, but what I have since figured out is easier for me is that when I need to switch between the floor and carpet attachments, I will just switch the polls with the carpet and for attachments connected already since I have two poles now, making it very easy to just switch the poles from the top.One of them negative reviews I saw online before purchasing this vacuum was that the filter gets clogged with all of the fine dust, that it collects, as I previously mentioned. This is true- since it does such a good job it gets so much dust of course most of it goes to the canister. However, a lot of it gets stuck in the filter and if you go long time without cleaning it out, it will not be as powerful. That said, since it’s a fan filter it’s kind of difficult to get all of that fine dust out of there so what I found was the best solution to this is I purchased pool filters covers that look like white socks on Amazon “reusable pool socks for skimmer baskets” and I put it on the filter in the vacuum. After each house that I finish cleaning, I just replace that sock with another clean one very easy and that way the filter inside is still clean for the most part. And this has worked very good for me I can I bought a 100 pack of these for $20 on Amazon and I can wash them at the end of the day or once I finish them all dry them and reuse them.That is the only thing that I understand might be inconvenient for some people but for me is not a problem given the potency of this vacuum. There’s room for improvement with those couple things I mentioned, but not a problem for me at all given all things considered. This is the best vacuum on the market. No question.It’s very easy to use. I will say, you have to be careful when you’re using the carpet attachment since it is so so so strong it will even start to chew up the cord if you aren’t careful, I’m telling you I’ve never seen anything like this.If it does catch onto anything like a curtain or whatever you can easily turn off the carpet attachment right where you’re holding onto it there’s a switch apart from the on off switch behind you. This makes it very easy to just switch on and off the carpet attachment, without having to turn the vacuum on and off. Very easy to just empty the canister once it’s full or whenever you want, and I love the fact that I don’t have to spend on bags and things like that especially since I would go through so many when cleaning hundreds of houses. I have only great things to say about this vacuum and this company. This is an incredibly engineered vacuum. I have since bought a second vacuum and I know I will continue to buy more as well.All of the above has been my personal experience, I was not given anything in response for my review, I purchased both vacuums with my own money, and just wanted to write this review to help anyone looking for a vacuum out!

I bought it two years ago and it still works very well but I do not recommend it for commercial cleaning. It only works for residential cleaning but when you are inside the house you have to be careful because you bump into everything, it is really difficult to use, very uncomfortable and it weighs a lot.

Out of the box it worked great, but when it came time to clean it I looked at the owner's manual and did not find any information, so I started opening everything just to find there was a filter up top that needed some attention. A better breakdown of the workings would be great to know so I would continue having great success using this expensive vacuum.

The vacuum didn't work as well on the industrial carpeting as we expected and it overheated after just a short use.

I bought this expecting it to be great vacuum. I own a cleaning company this thing died with in a week. The base just stops running won't go for more than 15 mins without it over heating. Super disappointed. My 100 shark works way better than this thing. And the cord they give u is nice but doesn't roll up on the side mount for cord it's too much cord so u constantly have a cord meds too.

This vacumn is great as far as suction and doing its job to clean. I love the secure safety harness and it clips unlike my other brand which velcro..My only complaints are... the hose is 2x the length it needs to be and really gets I'm the way, if you're not careful because of ots length being excessive you can cat h on and break things ( I really wish it came in a shorter option as this reason alone I will be buying a different vacumn next time)... my other complaint is the canister and filter are semi difficult to clean, A LOT of dist gets caught up in the top filter and either this vacumns soo good it socks up all the dirt in a home or the canister isn't very large at all because it's more than full in 1 decent sized home. I feel it's a combo of both and that's some what inconvenient.So overall as much as I like this vacumns performance, I would be looking for one with a shorter hose for better mobility as well as bagged to hold more and cleanliness of the unit itself fir the next vacumn.
