I have been playing clarinet for 55 years. I am 65 now and am having some trouble with arthritis. It was becoming painful to hold the clarinet so I thought I would give the neck strap a try. I tried the adult size first and it worked great but I had to tighten it ALL the way in order to get it short enough to use. I guess because I am so little. So I ordered the junior size and that fits the bill perfectly. I have enough leeway to be able to adjust it shorter or longer with no problem. It really helps. I was shocked at how light the clarinet felt in my hands again and I was able to play without pain. Lovely!

My daughter is a second year clarinet player with smallish hands. She was having trouble holding her instrument and stretching to reach keys. This resulted in a lot of squeaks and missed notes not to mention frustration. This neck strap solved the problem. She no longer focus on holding the instrument (the strap does that) and she can more easily reach the keys with her small hands. She gave me a BIG hug after practicing with this. Frustration relief!

Purchased this for my niece, she plays the clarinet quite well however she was experiencing pain in her thumb. She has told me it works very well and has taken the stress off her thumb.

Very comfortable but is too short on my E11 Clarinet so I tried it on my Buffet Oboe and on there it is excellent.

This was a great strap for my 9-10 year old daughter as she found holding the clarinet to be very heavy. Even when school went completely remote she still had to practice and was much more willing to do so because she had the strap. I would recommend to anyone who has a child learning to play to get this as it is a very heavy instrument to support just from the arms.

It is simply a good neck strap. The part that goes around the neck is very cushioned, and soft. I would recommend it to any clarinetist.
