I recommend using this by making sure the collar of the neck strap is not directly resting on your neck. It is too hot so I get by using by putting the neck strap on my shirt collar. Sturdiness and ease of clipping to your instrument is fine. I use it with my Eb alto sax.

This is actually great. It was a life saver for me since it makes me more comfertable. Makes ur neck sweat a little but not too bad.

I just got my new neck supports for my two saxophones. I really like the padding and the fact that i can snap the hook on the instrument and not worry about it falling off. It is too soon to attest to durability, but as to sturdiness they are both very sturdy in feel.
