Can only be used on certain items depending on what’s needed to be measured. It doesn’t have an even leveling rotator so it made it more complicated. Not to mention I have no idea what the thing on the back is for.

This is not a bad protractor I sort of like the magnet concept on the bottom for checking if an Item is square but I would really liked this better is the Protractor side was indexable. The point on the ruler is rounded slightly making it difficult to get a precise degree of measurement so this would not be really great for precision work but for general usage it is fine.

Nicely built.The Good:Ruler is cut to edge, (no extra length beyond zero end !!).Ruler slides very nice on magnet.Metric & Inch. ((BOTH SIDES)). !!!!! Cool!Not so good:You will not get acurat 90 line, there is wiggle space in the slide, not horible, but definitely not acurat. I would not say the compass is perfect eather. It will get you close for many projects though. Had included a way to lock the ruler in place after adjusting it would be very accurate for 90* angles... lost opportunity. Still the Ruler is both metric and srandard and very well built! Wouldn't buy again but well worth the money.
