The sockets for an old (about 50 years) brass table lamp stopped working. I was pleasantly surprised to easily find replacements. My handyman had no problem switching non-working to these new sockets. The old table lamp, as I recall, cost a shocking $80 about 50 years ago and I am delighted that with these sockets I can continue to enjoy the beautiful, tall, brass lamp.

Had to replace the part to a vintage lamp. My 14 yr old daughter and I did the wiring , easy peasy .

We are not electricians but were able to convert a switch type lamp to this pull chain type with just a few simple tools -instructions were useful.

These worked perfectly, seem to be high quality, are UL certified, and are very bright silver in color. They worked perfectly for my application.

I bought this one and one from Home Depot. I ended up using this one and returned the one from Home Depot.

Rebuilt my gal's bed side table lamp that had two of these. Only one worked and the bulb she was using was dim as hell. Turned her on to some 15w LED's (1200 Lumens) along with two that actually work. Also wired in a cord switch so she didn't have to fool with pulling two chains everytime to turn on both bulbs. She is very happy now with plenty of illumination to read comfortably by. The colr of this item nicely matched the ones I removed.

Bought this to replace a cord switch on a small lamp. Installation was straightforward but detailed instructions were included for anyone who is unfamiliar with replacing a lamp socket.
