Ok lets put it out there. IF YOU ARE A NOVICE WHO CANT SUPPORT YOUR WEIGHT STRAIGHT HANGING FROM A BAR FOR 10 SECS.... WORK UP TO THAT FIRST!Folks this producr is fantastic. Yes it takes some manuevering to get both feet in , but if you have difficulty doingg it then it's not the porduct, you just havent built enough strength to support your own weight suspended from a bar.. I used to be able to do 20 pull ups until i had shoulder ... I bought this to gradually work my way up again. Yes. Post surgery holding on to the bar was difficult which made getting both feet in this a challenge... however with time a strength Im able to hold my own weight and get my feet in no problems... Folks exercise is work and effort. You will get the hang of it the more you do this. Its not the devise. Give it time ...

Overall this is a great piece of equipment. After several surgeries on my shoulder and arm I wanted to gain my pull up strength back. This thing worked like a charm. I had to begin using all the bands, but they aided me as much as I needed starting out. As my strength returned I popped one off at a time until there were none. I’m also 6’6†tall and it definitely had enough length for me to use straight leg doing dead hang pull-ups.

Update: i chatted with the company and they replaced both super easy and fast.I have three of these in different weights and the bands are breaking. Bummer, I really like them. Well try to see if company will replace bands.

I am starting again to work out and I needed a pull-assist gadget. This is exactly what I needed! I am giving it 4 stars because I do not know how long is going to last. I hope is lasts at least a year.

So far I’ve yet to figure out how to get into this thing with 2 feet. I think I just need to practice more and get the technique. Wish there was a video.It’s extremely sturdy and durable. Very well made though. I’m sure with time I’ll figure it out.

Do not purchase this. I bought this for my son who weighs less than 100 pounds and one is the status snapped and broke off. See picture. He fell down and hurt his arm pretty bad, but it could have been worse.

At full extension, the bands provide significant assistance/resistance, but they provide zero assistance in the last half of the pull-up. This is the part of the exercise with the most focused muscle engagement from the back so it's not helpful if the device is completely slack at this point.Maybe get the version with stirrups where you stand.

Resistance adjustable, ok with the paddle, it can feel better for foot if the paddle is harder.

Hochwertige Klimmzughilfe für AnfängerHat mir geholfen das ich mit meinem Gewicht am Anfang die Klimmzüge leichter ausführen konnte.Tolle Unterstützung für das Training (gerade am Anfang wenn man noch nicht so viel Kraft hat).Später kann man die Gummi Bänder nach und nach weglassen ( 4 auf jeder Seite ).

75% worthless for intended purpose.If you're looking for a "decent" pair of arm or leg resistance bands for your tower...it'll work. But if you're looking for counterweight resistance for an assisted chin-up tower add-on, do yourself a courtesy, and look somewhere else.I thought buying the bigger 600 pound set would allow a greater flexibility in settings. I was very wrong. The 600 support is just that...it will hold you in the air, but it is too soft and stretchy to provide ANY counterweight benefit. The fact that one of the straps and hardware were assembled backwards, is not really that big a deal, but for me, straight off, it made me suspect quality and product reliability. Though the hardware and straps, seems to be of fair quality, I can't say anything really positive about the entire product, except that it is shamefully over priced for what you get... but it's not the worst I've seen.I will not return it, but rather just throw it in the garbage. I don't know what their return policy is, but for me, it's worth throwing it out then having to deal with delayed refunds, s&h for the return (if that applies), and having to deal with this company ever again.One star...just cause I have to.
