I am really enjoying these pull-up assistance bands with the feet mats. It’s easily portable so I can take it to the park when I work outdoors. It even comes with a little travel bag. It’s sturdy and durable and the feet mats are very helpful to keep me up as I attempt my pull-ups.

This is nice for getting pull-ups if you’ve never done them or haven’t done them in a while. It is nice to be able to start with a really big assist. That allows you to get full range of motion without having to have fancy equipment. This works well in the playground near my house And has helped me get to doing full range pull-ups all the way up and all the way down without any help over the last month and a half or so.It has different weight rubber bands that you can strap in and will give you different amounts of liftIt easily hooks around the top of the jungle gym with a very durable band that looks like it would be able to hold people even heavier than myself. I am about 185 pounds. If you’re looking to get your pull-up and don’t want fancy bulky equipment this is a great alternative that is portable

This is one of those products that might better in theory rather than reality. I'll start off by saying that this product is easy to assemble, however not great build quality on the resistance bands. Within a few minutes of trying the product one of the bands snapped. It failed on the connection ring, and it's just a cheap compression of two rings holding it to a round hold in fabric... not a great design. As other's have said, the resistance is not as strong as advertised on the bands (75lbs each), even with all 3 I'm still well under 225 lbs and the actual resistance was not near that, also even though I'm 6'3" I still needed to adjust the straps to the minimum in order to get moderate resistance. It's too bad because the hook and foot rests look to be well build and very similar to TRX quality straps. I may likely still use the remaining components of the product for exercise gear and possibly substitute other bands for resistance. Perhaps if you're like 100 lbs and at least average height you'd have better luck with this product as is, otherwise I wouldn't recommend.

These bands work so much better than the oversized rubber bands I've used in the past, and I'm not afraid they'll break! These heft more weight so I can train higher reps, and my goodness they're much more comfortable and I feel so much safer. The adjustable "weight" allows both new and experienced, strong and getting stronger people all be able to knock out some pullups.

This thing is super fun and after ordinary aging and a shoulder injury I was mostly out of the game for pull-ups until now. It's even useful to just allow for some extended stretching of your lats or hanging a bit to expand the spine. One thing to be aware of is the support feels a lot different depending on how much slack you give the top strap. If you feel like it isn't giving you enough support make sure you shorten the strap. It says each band is 75lbs of resistance and given I weigh about 165lb that seems to check out. I do wish it came with one more band to either support people of a higher weight or to provide a way for even more support so I could do one arm movements. People in better shape probably could with what's provided, but I might buy an additional band to help me. Overall a great addition to my home gym. Note I have a heavy duty power rack that I attached this to. I cannot speak to how this would function in a different setting.

I have this set up on a doorframe pull up bar to help with form and get more reps while I build up strength. The idea is great, and the material is thick and sturdy. Once the set up is complete its fairly easy to use, but it can be a bit awkward, especially at first. Decently well priced for what it is, and actually quite nice that it includes the ability to adjust tension with different cables. Helps with shoulder injuries in particular by allowing you to get full extension and retraction while not overloading the injured areas. It does end up being in the way, so use it on a door you don't go through often. It's a good idea, and the construction is solid, but I'm just not quite sure it's worth the trouble of setting it up again and again or the awkwardness of using it. Might be better for you.
