My coffee table had a magnetic push latch like this on a door and it quit working so this was a suitable replacement. The spring feels a lot stronger than other similar latches that I’ve used as it takes more pressure to close. The design of this one doesn’t leave much room for error while lining it up though. Fair price.

I received this item as a part of my membership with Amazon Vine. After recently redoing my kitchen i realized that i just dont like cabinet handles! I had small ones installed that screwed in from the inside of the cabinet doors, so i started to remove them all and i feel like it dramatically improved the look. The only issue is that now a couple of the cabinet doors are more difficult to open. I realized that i wanted something that would allow me to 'push' the door to pop it open, so i went searching on Amazon because i knew they would have a solution. I came across this item and ordered it. It was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. I manually tested them to see if they would perform as i imagined and they definitely did! It took a little trial and error but i was able to install them on the doors i had issues with so that now all i have to do is give a little push to the cabinet door and it pops open easily! I push it closed and it stays in the closed position! Great, simple product that has made my life just a little better! Definitely recommended!

I was looking for a way to make it easier to open my coffee table doors since after I 'renovated' my coffee table to remove the cutouts and give it a sleeker look, I have needed to stick a butter knife under the door to access the compartments. I figured that if these work for kitchen cabinets, they should work for my purpose as well. They are pretty large, about 2 to 3 inches long by an inch wide. I love that they are somewhat flat so they don't take up too much space so they are not in the way when installed. Others that I was looking at were a little too wide and I wanted it to sit as close to the wood as possible. Installation was very simple, they provided the non drill option as well as the option to screw it to the side. The doubles sided tape made it easy to hold in place where I wanted to install since I opted to screw it to the side. Overall I like the look, durability and function of these much better than plastic versions.

This is a decently made spring loaded door latch that pops out when pressed allowing the door to then be grabbed and pulled the rest of the way open. Comes with some double sided tape to pre-position and hold the latch in place during installation. The spring is remarkably strong and the magnetic tip can be adjusted over about 1/4" or so. However, I found the magnetic holding force to be very weak and inadequate to hold a cabinet door closed in my application where wind can blow it open. All in all I'd say these are decent latches and a good value as long as you don't require a door closure that resists being blown open.

These sturdy latches are going to be used for a hidden door I'm installing. I want to be able to press the wall and have the door swing open. These latches are great for that purpose! You need a bit of space for them to install correctly, so just be sure when you buy them that you have enough space for them!

I have some old cabinets, one of which won't stay shut unless you close the right cabinet door first then the left door hold both shut. These Push to Open Latches are going to solve this frustration for me. Now that the door latches are installed, when I open the left cabinet door, the right stays shut! Hooray! This is such a dream. Easy to install. The door latches come with everything you need. So happy I found these! If you have a naughty cabinet that won't stay shut, I would highly recommend you order these door latches, you will be so glad you did!
