These are terrific for people with wrist problems. Enable you to do push-ups and other floor exercises without needing to bend your wrist after injury causes pain or discomfort. Well made and great value for the money.

They are plastic and I can feel them bend under every push, but they have not broke yet. There are other push up bars that are much more sturdy, but these were cheap. I do not have confidence that they will last for years to come.

While these might feel cheap, they work great and have held up to repeated push ups

These just arrived and I tried them in my morning workout. I perform 300 pushups per workout, 3-4x per week. I typically use 20 lb hexagonal dumbbells to act as pushup handles because they are heavy and don't roll easily, but needed a set of handles for travel that were lightweight and disassembled into component parts (2 bases and one U-shaped handle) to easily pack when traveling. These weigh nearly nothing, but are grippy and sturdy. No problem using them today, they stayed firmly in place on my yoga mat and did not roll or slip. However, when disengaging from the handles to stand up, place your knee on the floor to avoid the possibility of the handles to roll or tip or become unstable when you shift your upper body to the standing position. They didn't budge during my actual pushups, just noticed that if I backed off to stand while still holding the handles, they could roll. Just genuflect a bit with one knee and come to standing and you'll be fine. These are going in my suitcase for my next cruise and will avoid the problems I encounter when I can't find hexagonal dumbells in a cruise ship or hotel gym. Wish I had purchased these years ago.

Due to a wrist injury I am no longer able to do flat wristed push-ups and this product made me realize I should have had one of these long time ago months and months ago. It's exactly what past me should've been using.Yes it does work although, it is very light plastic.I'm skeptical about how long this can hold up but as a starter equipment it is absolutely acceptable. The padding could be a little bit better but that would be a fix that I can make with padded Fitness gloves or some do-it-yourself padding. For 1/3 the costs of the rotation one, this is worth it to get a decent form going before upgrading once you have the routine set.Could be more comfortable which brought the score down to a 3☆ but close to 4 since it's so cheap for its use.Worth it the $9.99 and better if you have padded fitness gloves to assist with the comfortability. Sturdy and not wobbly, I'll most likely keep and upgrade later.
