My wife and I were surprised by the quality of these marble coasters, they have a great weight and feel, the bottom material is so soft and great for any surface (we have quartz). I would definitely recommend these to elevate your home and make it luxurious!

I have two of the coasters on my bedroom nightstands and the remaining coasters in my living room. Every other picture review had the other colors but none had the oceanic. This color is so gorgeous. It looks expensive and tasteful. I love it. Will consider buying one for my dining room.

So the coasters themselves are very nicely made and very beautiful patterns. The packaging was beyond excellent and they would most definitely never arrive broken! These honestly are pretty and a very nice coaster. Now as they are marble so they don’t absorb water like fabric coasters. They are on the smaller side but perfect for most average shaped cups. The only biggest downfall is if you have any cup or glass that sweats it will create a suction bond to the coaster and you must be careful it doesn’t pick it up and shatter on the floor. They could definitely be made a tad heavier so it wasn’t able to happen. But overall I would buy them again!

Customer service- I want to start off by saying this company’s customer service is excellent—very responsive and wants to ensure customer satisfaction. I received these marble coasters about a month ago, one of them came with a mustard yellow stain on it. I emailed the company asking if I could possibly exchange the stained one. Their customer service was extremely responsive. They explained that due to the natural material, imperfections like the one described are pretty common, but they refunded me $10 which was very kind of them. I’d like to add that it was also after the 30 day period that they kindly offered this partial refund.Product itself- Absolutely stunning and very chic! It comes in this beautiful marble holder as well, that is really cute to display on my coffee table. They’re heavy and the quality is superb! I do want to add though, since these coasters are made of natural stone (ie porous), they are very susceptible to staining. I left a cold water glass on one of them and it left a ring shaped water stain. I do wish they were pre sealed, but perhaps I should purchase a stone/marble sealant to prevent future stains. All in all I really love this product—the quality is lovely and I will definitely purchase from them again for gifts.

The product is amazing I am so happy with these. Top tier quality. But the shipping took way longer than expected. And I thought for a week or so that it wasn’t going to get shipped at all. But they are worth the wait!!! 10/10 recommend.

Solid but not so heavy that they’d break a glass table. Beautiful white marble, love the look of the holder - reminiscent of classic ones my parents had. Would buy again - great gift idea!

Unfortunately, after use, each coaster had developed a ring on its top surface that cannot be cleaned off. The hazy white rings are the same shape as the bottom surface of our coffee mugs.
