What can I do if the image is blurry?

There are 2 main reasons for this problem:

1. The probe is dirty - please clean it with a lint-free cloth.

2. The probe is out of the depth of field - please place the probe within the DOF range of 20-100mm.
Has the product used? Why did the system display the previous time?

All of our products are brand new. When you use it for the first time, the time display is the factory set date, you need to follow the instructions to update the date.
Do I need to manually set the date every time?

There is a built-in coin battery in our display, the time will be kept after removing the display. 1,Make sure that the time is already updated. 2, The built-in coin battery will be exhausted, you need to replace the button battery by yourself!
Why the probe cannot be rotated to 180 degrees. How to use it correctly?

Please place the snake tube straight, also do not fold and loop when using the borescope with long snake tube. Then the probe can be rotated to 180 degrees even 210 degrees.
How to transfer the photos/videos to my computer?

1. Turn off the borescope - Connect USB-C cable - Plug into your computer - Open “My Computer" - Turn on the borescope

2. Remove the TF card, use with your own card reader

Would not buy again. I can get far better for less. Camera isnâ€™t that clear. Hard to operate oscillating camera to get a clear image. Wouldâ€™ve been better to have a tip that oscillates like a normal camera instead of a stub that oscilates.

Takes great pictures, gets inside of a heat exchanger and let's you articulate 180 to see the complete picture inside. Very clear high quality pictures so a customer can see exactly what's going on. Screens large enough that I can invite the homeowner to watch the live view and they see their equipment on the screen before going in the tubes so they get that assurance that it's theirs not some recording where you're trying to scam them. The pictures are crystal clear so even an amateur can diagnose a failure which means the homeowner usually says "there's a hole" before we have to deliver that bad news to them. Great tool for the money. Especially with the $100 coupon

Die Endoskopkamera funktioniert Tadelos empfehle sie ganz klar weiter. Preisleistung passt sie zu 100% fÃ¼r jeden Mechaniker und die BildqualitÃ¤t ist einfach brutal 5* ist muss ich Mindestens geben gerne 10* gegeben. Der HÃ¤ndler ist sofort mit Hilfe parat gestanden. Bitte macht weiter so.

FÃ¼r das Geld ein Hammer, Bild sehr gut, Funktioniert einwandfrei. Handhabung ist dem Umstand geschuldet (Seilzug) wer es einfacher haben mÃ¶chte muss 3x so viel ausgeben dann ist die Kamera per Elektro Motor beweglich.
