Really a nice piece, good quality manufacturing. Matches the chain it will be hooking up to in size and color, I'm very pleased.

I bought a couple of these links to shorten the chain of a lamp hanging in my kitchen. I didn't want to cut the extra links out of the chain, so using 2 of these allowed me to hike up the chain in a couple of spots, preventing a big clump of extra links that would have been present if I'd only used one quick-link.The color is a little darker than my existing chain, but it's not noticeable up close to the ceiling. The links are strong and the color did not flake off.

My husband and I just moved into a new house and it had a chandelier that hung low enough that I kept hitting my head on it. It was above my desk and I kept turning around and standing up at the same time completely forgetting it was there. My husband was amused by this until one day from upstairs I heard a loud gong sound and kind of giggled to myself. He was at my desk fixing something on my computer when he did the same thing as me. Needless to say we got this piece and now no more gong sounds from either one of us. I should probably remove the label that says "Head Injury" that I put above the switch for it....

I used this to hang a 40# chandelier. The link opens wide enough to easily fit over a ring on top of the chandelier and the ring in the ceiling mount. Easier than twisting the chain links open.

Bought these to hang foyer Chandelier. Appear and feel very sturdy and well made. Haven't got an electrician to hang it yet...

It looks good, but is way too expensive. I purchased a 16’ chain that came with two of these for $9, but needed 2 more. They cost $5 each without the chain.
