I bought this pan mainly for making peanut butter bars. I wanted a pan that had a removable base that would make cutting them easier than a regular pan. This pan works great! The base was easily removed and made the whole process much easier and quicker. I haven't had a chance to make any other types of desserts with this pan but I imagine the results will be similar.

The pans are perfect for what I use them for. I used them in both my air fryer oven and my regular oven. Cleaning was easy, one thing though, you can’t leave it dirty for too long after using. Mine have not warped so far. I like these pans a lot.

I purchased the "11" x 9" Baking Pans, Cookie Sheets Set of 2, Nonstick Toaster Oven Pan Set for Baking, Heavy Duty Carbon Steel Non-toxic Oven Replacement Cookie Tray for Kitchen Bakery, Gold".The "lip" around the rim is just folded over (not sealed) and water remains inside of the fold after washing. The undrained water then begins to rust the untreated, underside of the fold. Of course, when you decide to move the pan from the dishwasher or dish drain, then the hidden, rusty water decides to shift and spill all over the floor.

I purchased this as a second which was to be a bit larger than the one I already have. It’s listed to measure 11.4Dx 35.5Wx2.5H but unfortunately this is not accurate. The pan is wider at the top and narrower at the base which is normal. The measurements are closer to the following:Bottom: 9.5Dx33.5Wx2.5HTop: 10.5Dx34.5Wx2.5HI decided to overlook the fact that it’s smaller than it’s supposed to be and keep the pan anyway. I wanted a second and its pretty sturdy. I haven’t used it yet so I can’t comment on how it will react in the oven but I don’t anticipate any issues. 🤞ðŸ¼

Pretty much perfect. Doesn't warp in the oven. Nicely flared so pastry-case detaches cleanly from the side-walls. Easy to clean manually, doesn't need to go in the dishwasher. Bit of an unwieldy shape/size for storing with other baking trays but, er, that's really not its fault...
