Bought these to anchor a "sidewalk library" in our front walkway for our school. It doesn't come with a concrete bit, so you'll have go and grab one for yourself (fine with that). Drilled down to a good anchor point, dropped the library box over the holes, tapped the anchors in, added some red loctite to the threads, screwed down the nuts, and that baby isn't going anywhere!!! Highly recommend if you need to keep something in place over concrete.

I used these to secure a heavy bag stand. I had to tighten them down after a few days of use, but after that the stand seems to be solid.
