I've had this installed for about five months and am living it! Fortunately, a 6'5" person was able to install it without a ladder and did need help. It was NOT an easy task, but it looks beautiful and the fan is powerful. I've never used it above the medium setting. The remote allows you to use the fan, light, or both. I just dread the day when the bulbs die out because you have to take the whole fixture down.

Love this fan! The remote control works for both the fan and the light meaning that I don't have to get out of bed to turn either on or off. Installation could have been a little easier but completely worth the effort. Good looking and really moves the air even at low speed. Standard bulbs means you don't have to search for specialized and difficult to find bulbs. I'm really glad we bought this.

I purchased this ceiling light/fan to go in my bathroom. I really like the way it looks. Remote control works well, it does not beep when you press a function as I thought it would, so I’m happy about that. The fan is strong enough for our needs, but it is noisier than expected. It gives off good light. Since we use the same settings every time, I was hoping to be able to set it once using the remote and then use just the wall switch from that point on, but if it’s powered off, it resets itself and will only turn on with the remote. I can live with that. So, overall, very happy.However, the installation was extremely frustrating! I’ve installed many ceiling fans, ceiling light fixtures, etc., and this was by far the worst one ever because of the way it was designed. We finally made it work, and I really like it now, but if we move, I don’t think I would by this again for the next house.I still gave it 4 stars, though, because the installation was just one day and I plan to enjoy this for many days to come.

it's a beautiful fan but I wasn't expecting the gold trim an brush strokes on the fan since my kitchen trim is stainless so it should describe this trim I expected the fan to be pure white but it's great over my kitchen table because it doesn't hang down an it was easy to install put the bulbs in befor installing because the cage around the blades are to narrow for a big set of hands of my installer it's very quiet

This was the perfect fan for our bedroom remodel. Living in an old farmhouse we are getting used to lower ceilings. This fan was the perfect size and style for the room. We were very surprised by the amount of air that is moved with such small fan blades. It also puts provides so much light for the room. We plan to purchase another one for a different room. Hopefully the bulbs last a long time as that would be the only downfall I see at the moment. They aren't as easy to access as a traditional ceiling fan.

Coming out of the box the fan is good looking and appears to be well made. When people say this thing is tough to install, they aren’t kidding. You NEED two people and the conversation will not be rated PG.The fan manufacturer needs to send a tool for the installation instead of the useless white gloves. Once you finally get it up it definitely looks nice and lights the room up well. However, the fan doesn’t work. Don’t make the mistake we did of taking it down to check your wiring connections, they’re probably good, it’s the remote…it’s a piece of junk. Without the remote the fan is inoperable. Sidenote: The fan isn’t any easier to put up the second time. After contacting the seller they were supposed to send out a new remote but we haven’t yet received it after waiting 2 weeks. The only reason we haven’t already sent it back is because taking it down is only marginally easier than the install. We are hopeful that we receive the remote and it works. But if you’re thinking about ordering this fan I would strongly advise against it.

I bought this for my guest bedroom and it is perfect. My guests enjoy how quiet it is while providing goodlighting and a nice breeze. The remote control is great! Would buy it again.

Very easy to put lightbulbs into it. Fan works very well. I highly recommend this product.
