Not the best quality in its class but the most important part is that all functionality continue to work consistently. On my third and the first one has lasted 14 mos. now so cross fingers...

I Didn’t like that it simply came in a ziploc baggie and no instructions but it’s pretty self explanatory. Plug it in and attach it. Works well with the main unit.

I had one of these rear cameras that came with the dashcam. I noticed that the cord is weak and is easily pulled too hard, disabling the camera. Eventually the rear camera connection broke and I had to order this as a replacement.The coloring on the rear camera is also off or shows as more blue. At night the quality isn't as good as the front camera.At least it's an easy replacement with this part. I would rate this item as satisfactory. The quality isn't great but it does the job for decently cheap.

Last year I purchased the RedTiger Dash Cam, but I was not sure how easy it would be to install the rear facing camera so I did not get the unit that included both the front and back camera.Since then I have watched a number of YouTube videos on installing the rear camera and it looked easy, so I purchased this to plug into my RedTiger Dash Cam. It plugged right in and worked perfectly.It was eash to feed the wire to the back window of my CR/V . If you are purchasing a new Dash Camera, I would recommend purchasing the package with both the front and back camera as the installation was very easy.

I have ordered this camera to replace a malfunctioned unit of a mirror cam system from a competitor. I have another RedTiger system in my second car for a year and I am happy with it, that's drove my decision to get this rear cam as a replacement.It worked perfectly well and the installation was easy and clean, best thing is that its located inside the vehicle, away from the environment and giving a clear rear view.

Bought this after I purchased my Dash Cam as it was highly recommended to install a rear camera. With all the insurance scams that are happening, better to be safe than sorry. Install was easy as this just plugged in to the front dash cam; no additional wiring required.
