My fridge has a digital read out on the freezer door and gives you the temp inside the fridge and the freezer. My fridge is set at 37 degrees. I put all 3 of these inside the fridge to begin with and checked them a couple hours later. All 3 are within a couple of degrees. Close enough to give a good indication of what's going on inside. I moved one of these into the freezer section. That's set to zero on the controls. After some time, I checked to find the temp in the freezer is right at zero per this thermometer. I took the 3rd one and put it in my chest freezer in the garage. this is truly what I wanted these for. It's hot in the garage and the freezer runs nearly none stop. I checked after a couple hours and this thermometer shows it's about 10 below zero inside the chest freezer. That's exactly what I expected to find. Now I know for certain. I can back the thermostat off a bit on the chest freezer and give that compressor a chance to cool now and then. I'll back it off just a bit and recheck the temp inside. I can keep doing this over the course of a day and get that thermostat set to around zero. That will help the freezer live longer, it will help my utility bill and it will preserve the food inside. Nice job for a $3.00 thermometer. Thank you Amazon. This is a keeper

So far been using the products for roughly 2 days and they have been working very well, I compared their temperature readings to other devices I have and they are quite accurate for such a Competitive price. The 3 pack is quite convenient as I put one in my chest freezer downstairs and then 1 in each of the 2 refrigerators I have in the house to keep track of temperature and make sure The temperature dial inside of my refrigerator is not becoming faulty and giving me a incorrect reading which would result in keeping the refrigerator too cold or too warm. After now having these in my refrigerator and freezer I cannot see why I would ever want to have them out going forward with any fridge or freezer I own. Especially at their inexpensive cost. After working in the restaurant industry my whole life I'm surprised I have not purchased something like this sooner as I understand how important it is to know exactly your food is being stored and at what temperature Not only for shelf life and longevity of your product but piece of mind. This is especially helpful when the power goes out if you are in an area prone to this issue which I currently am in the Pacific Northwest during the rainy and windy season where power lines are often coming down taking the power off line for up to 24 or 48 hours.

I received the product today, well appreciated by delivering it on time. but why no brand name mentioned on the product even not on the box..? As brand name was mentioned while purchasing the product then it should be there on the product as well. Now for me its is difficult to get a calibration certificate.
