My son dropped his laptop coming back from school and wrecked the screen. I was very pleased that the screen included the aluminum top and was of excellent quality. It even included all the screwdrivers and something that looked like a guitar pick to remove connectors. The install took a little over an hour. I highly recommend downloading one of the many YouTube videos to assist installation. It turned out perfect and the price was very reasonable!

Update: the new screen works great. No lines and crystal clear! Thank you for your excellent customer service!!!This product quit working after four months. It developed lines on the screen and needs to be replaced.I called customer service and was told the screen could be replaced at no charge to me except for shipping of the old screen to China. (Needless to say this did not happen.)Customer service emailed me back and said to keep the screen and they would just refund the cost. I asked if they could resend another screen instead. And I’m currently waiting for it’s arrival.I’m impressed that the company cared enough about my product to continue to contact me.I’m currently waiting on the new screen to arrive and will update this review when it arrives.Thank you.

I was apprehensive at first to order a third party replacement display assemble for a MacBook Air. Not any more! This replacement was perfect. All features work with no problems. Some third party replacement assemblies have issues with the cameras or the other light features do not work. Not with this one. Every feature works flawlessly.Assembly was actually very easy, which is not always the case with Apple products.I do IT work / computer and laptop repair for a living. I will definitely purchase from this company again.

Bought a replacement screen for my Macbook Air, had it installed professionally, and it worked fine for about a year and a half. Now the screen is dark and I can't get the screen to work. I expected the screen to work longer since the Macbook is a 2018 and the screen worked great for years.

Replaced retina intel macbook screen with this item. I had the tools already and used a youtube video for instructions. I actually viewed several until I found the one that suited me. The install was a bit scary, but not that hard - it took about an hour all told, and now my mac air with dead screen (closed it on a pen) is back working and good as new. So far its been about a month and no issues. So I would say the item is top quality and half the price from Apple (plus labor). Arrived quickly and well packed. Very satisified. Thank you.

The quality of the screen was absolutely perfect. Was not an easy install, but I did it never use the instructional book just watch online video. The only are the tools they provide. Bit type Extensions for each screw with no real magnetic charge. But frustrating as I kept losing screws on the ground.
