Remote didn't have a back on it. Once I received it I could never get it paired with my fireplace. Seller never said the back is not included.

Works like the original remote for my electric fireplace. Only thing is it looks used and had scratches on it.

Popped batteries in and it worked immediately with my newly installed electric fireplace. Mine didn’t come with the remote.
