This is something you buy if you’re slightly selfish. You wanna see your babies at night and observe their behavior. They seem to keep the heat level up in my corn snake’s enclosure well. So far, they’ve been running nightly for about a month without issue. Good value if you ask me. I also have a leopard gecko and he seems stoked about it; he also doesn’t seem to mind being observed either. So the blue doesn’t agitate his natural nocturnal instincts.

After leaving my review, customer service reached out and will be sending me a replacement. Hopefully i just got a bad batch and the new ones will work correctly.Customer service was quick to correct the problem. Thank you. I purchased the 2 pack of these bulbs. The first bulb went out after 2 weeks. Annoying and should have returned them then but decided to use the second one. Here we are two weeks later and the second bulb has blown! I've never had to replace bulbs in such a short period of time.

Although the bulbs are 100 W it does not seem to emit enough heat for the enclosure. These bulbs are VERY poor quality and do not last!! Barely 2 months. The box says200-300 burning hours.
