Troubleshoot : Bulbs go out or go out alternately.
- Possible cause A：Overheated bulbs
Lamp overheating affects each other, especially for Mercury Vapor Bulb ( Sun lamp).
Do not use the Sun lamp with other powerful heating lamps.
- Possible cause B : Low power socket
The total power of the two bulbs is geater than the safe power of the electrical outlet.
Please use a higher power outlet or connect the two outlets separatel

This heat lamp is great for my snake. I use it for ceramic (no light) bulbs as well as heat light bulbs. The two separate on/off switches for each side is a great feature. It is made of a semi bendable, light weight metal. It looks nice, works well, and has help up nicely with no issues. Nice product for the value.Note that it doesn't come with anything to hang it on. I already had the light hanger in the photo.

Works great for ball python. Great for heat as the inside is reflective. Very durable and has lasted close to a year. I use a heat bulb and a deep heat projector. Works great

The sockets are solidly made. It's not to heavy or too light. It leaks a fair amount of heat from my heat lamp due to the shape, but not so much that I need to add more lamps. It's a very good product, but not perfect.

I usually give it a while to make sure when I buy something I leave a thorough review. Well, when I went to finally upgrade the bulbs for my ball python enclosure tell me why when I went to screw it in the damn thing broke. I have a super cheap off brand one that literally hasn’t broke. But the little cap came off and on top of that the thing doesn’t even work on one side. So unfortunately I can only use but half of it.UPDATE: Seller reached out as I simply explained the issue. I genuinely didn’t want to seem like I automatically wanted a replacement, but since only one side works; I kinda need one. Seller will be sending me a replacement which I am more than grateful. Regardless of the fact I received one that may have just been defective, the fact the customer service was on point for letting me explain my issue and resolving it. Currently waiting for a reply to received the ok item will be shipped.UPDATE 2: Received new lamp. It works perfectly and the light fixtures are in right. The first one may have just been defective but pretty confident it will last a while.

Bought this as a replacement for my current fixture. After turning it on for the first time there was a huge spark in the outlet and now I have no power in my house. Stay away from this brand!!!
