Precauations of UV Bulb
- It can be used 24 hours a day, but we suggest using 2 hours or more by turns which will prolong its life.
- The temperature of the lamp is high during heating,so you should wait for 3-5 mins after turning it off and then touch it.
- The UV Bulb waterproof but cannot be immersed in water for long time. It is only suitable for air environment heating not water heating.

Both bulbs came intact and fit the lamp I ordered.Great quality!Very easy to use.Plugged in just to test and quickly heated up.It is sold for reptiles but I’m going to try it for quail.Performs well and great value for money!

We have purchased 3 of these for our frogs and turtles. And overall, are very happy. As indicated, they come with 2 bulbs - one 15w and one 30w. There is a noticeable difference between the two. The 30w gets much hotter and brighter (obviously) so you do need to be careful about placement and how much heat your pet needs. The knob to control the intensity of the light works as it should and allows a good amount of range to adjust heat / brightness. The clip works great but you obviously need somewhere to attach them - on our frog tanks, we had to just attach to the lid which works but is kind of janky. The turtle enclosure does not have a lid so we just attached it to the side and it "fits" better. Not sure there is anything I would really change about this product - so far, so good!

On my last bulb and it’s been running fo I’d say maybe nine months now I’m pretty sure any UVB rays it gets off have worn out by now but as far as the bulb itself is still works

This is a great heat lamp! It's a great UV bulb! But do not get this as a source of UVB. You will need a non-heat producing tube light and bulb. If you are getting this expecting UVB to keep your reptiles healthy and alive, this is a one star product. But for heat, five stars! It works great! Also, please pair it with a thermometer for exact heat measuring. But other then those two tips, this works great! I like to use it on very low lat night because my room is cold and it keeps the terrarium in the mid 70s at night and 90s during the day. It also makes a very nice nightlight and paired with a wifi smart plug, you can time it to switch on and off whenever or do it remotely from your phone. You can usually get a plug for like $8 and I would definitely recommend one for a tube light and heat lamp, especially if you're just starting out with reptiles to make sure you're staying on a good cycle.

With my gecko being in a converted aquarium instead of a proper terrarium heat control was an issue. This product saves a lot of work and is really effective. 2 different lights with 3 separate setting gives you a lot of options when you need to get temperature issues resolved.

Perfect for what I needed to keep my hedgehog warm. Clamp works great on the side of the cage. Lots of heat from the bulb

I got this to eradicate spider mites. ( peer reviewed research found UVB lite affects them in a favourable way) and it worked. Very hot though, good to be aware of that and strategize it’s location safely, including not too close to the plants.

Very nice, easy set up.I liked that it came with an extra bulb and it has a light adjustment dial.

Both bulbs burnt out and useless after a few weeks of use, artificial yellowish light, like sodium vapour. Combination uvb and light bulbs are a myth anyways.
