I ordered these since my local Pet shop didn't have any 100 watt halogen bulbs.. they work great!! I got 2 for half the price I'd pay at my local pet shop. Package came on time & in perfect condition. This bulb keeps my temps up at 88F - 90F. I don't have any comments about how long they last - I've only had them for a small amount of time. They work great for my Ball Python's enclosure. (Light is a little more yellow than the regular halogen bulb you'd find at your local pet store)UPDATE: After 3 months of daily use, this bulb has finally given out. This pack of 2 bulbs will last you roughly 4-6 months. This product worked well, it kept my temps up, & the price was great.

For my purpose the two 75 watt heat lamps have done the job to prevent pipes from freezing in our unheated Sun Room with an ambient temperature of -15 deg F. With both lamps going in a cabinet beneath the sink, the temperature was 34 deg F at this outside temperature and the Sun Room was below 10 degrees.To make sure there was no fire hazard, I left them on with the outside temp 45 degrees and with the Solar Gain from heating the Sun Room floor and the cabinet temperature was 70 degrees.Of course, you should take precautions to see that nothing flammable comes in direct contact with the bulbs.I hope they last. When the temp of the Sun Room is above 32 degrees (for the entire 24 hour period), I turn them off, and only use them when needed to prevent pipes from freezing.

Changing from the 60w bulb to this 75w bulb made all the difference in the world for my chameleons. They became more active and their appetite increased as well as their colors bacame more vibrant. If using this watt bulb make sure there is a shady area within their area they can escape to if they get too hot. Excellent product, thank you!

Perfect for keeping my leopard geckos tank at the right temperature! She's in a 40 gallon and with one of these bulbs it keeps her warm side at the right temperature all day!

Now that they have done away with filament bulbs, I needed to find a different bulb for my dim bulb tester and I bought these bulbs and they work great. Yes they get warm when they turn on, but they are not going to be on full time. Just long enough to make sure my electronic item that I am testing doesn't short. Know I have a few bulbs to last me a long time.

The first bulb burned out after 6 weeks of part time use. Just installed the second and don't expect it to last any longer. Poor quality.

Bought on August 18 and still working todayðŸ‘It can be very hot so I bought an adjustable lamp holder. My léopard gecko approves ðŸ‘
