Installed in my truck. Works great! Crystal clear reception. Not a bad little unit for the money. I've paid twice as much and didn't work as well as this one. It looks nice too!

Works well, it could use a better speaker or add an external one. Even with a 4 stroke motor you cannot hear it unless at idle, or very low speed.

Works perfectly. Got my free MMSI from US Power squadron. Did an automated test DSC call to USCG and it worked. Picks up GPS signal for position without the need for the external antenna or input.I flush mounted it, and it would be nice if there was a bracket kit for that, but there isn't. Silicone it and it works fine and seems to stay put.

Was easy to install works great after you get a mmsi number to activate it . Was easy to get threw BoatU.S. for a small one time fee. they did not tell you about.
