Easy set up if you follow directions, do not overfill, and squeeze excess air before sealing. I have seen some reviews with photos, and they look overfilled. Perhaps there was air left in the pouch. Mine work great and are nice and flat. Fill exact amount, squeeze out excess air, plug and seal. They stay cold a LOOOONG time.

They fill easily with the provided funnel. I bought the size that fits my lunch bag pretty good and it keep my lunch cold all day (using only 1 of the three). Made of pretty thick material so they seem pretty durable. Had no leak issues at all as some have stated (maybe they didn't install the rubber cork under the cap like you're supposed to)?

This is a great ice pack! It is a fill once and just keep refreezing the gel in the pack, kinda like an ice pack for injuries. If you aren't going to use it for awhile just store it away. Doesn’t take long to freeze, but we give it a good 24-48 hours in the freezer so we know its solid and will last longer. For sure lay it as flat as you can so it is thin and take up less space. Holds its shape well! Stays frozen if in a hard cooler for a day or so, great for weekend trips. Of soft cooler does great for picnics or lunches. We use these often so it lives in the freezer. They are still going strong even though we used the heck out of them over the summer and fall. Two packs cover the bottom of the cooler, so they are pretty good sized. Adult hanger for example. For the amount of packs it’s a great price.

We bought these for camping. They work great! Do put them in the freezer 3 days prior to needing them so the freeze solid. Kept drinks cold for 4 days in 85 degree days/68 degree nights. We froze some of the drinks prior and then added more unfrozen dinks. Made the unfrozen drinks cold too. These are so much better than dealing with ice! No more mess from de-thawed ice and no more buying a bag of ice a day either. The cooler size we used held all 5 cooler bags + 20 drinks+ ( cooler was full). I’m sure I could have gotten more days if I would have frozen all the drinks prior to the start of our trip.Another reason I love these is I cook large amounts of food at one time. Like 15 portions of soup. I fill our cooler with the ice packs then add the soup in containers before bed. These cool the soup down to a safe temperature rather than using a fan or chancing the soup to cool naturally. I was serve safe certified 20yrs ago and I believe the safety recommendation is for food to be less than 70 degrees in 2hrs. This assures safe food practices. New fridges will not handle hot food. Putting hot food in a new fridge is asking for trouble.Overall I would buy more of these.

It stays very cold. I questioned weather it was actually colder than ice and after holding it for a few seconds I believe it is. Always keep some in my freezer.

I absolutely love this product! It's lightweight, freezes quickly and last all day. Perfect size.

They are fabulous! We use them in our cooler all the time. They don't take up much space and last a long time. Highly reccomend.

The small sizes are great but, the swell up in the center in a point and make it hard to fit in-between items. Not sure why this happens.. but I have to thaw it out and refreeze it I hope it doesn't do this. Just so frustrating. Two packs and a 13 quart engle dry cooler with locks only last about 6 hours.
