It was different than mine but it still worked. Just had to splice the wires and add a connector.

The hardest part was removing the 19 year old bolt.This replacement was very quick after that, and it works perfectly!Fixed the reverse sound, reverse lights, my reverse camera and the clutch cancel button on my 05 Tacoma.
