Absolutely adorable, and very solid! I ordered this for my child's kindergarten class. It was a little too hard for them to put together, as you really have to press the pieces to snap them into place. However, once there, it's very solid. We used Elmer's glue to glue the coins down, as this was going to school. Overall, I recommended this to all the caretakers in her class.

This is a very cute trap! My son had a great time making it. Some things to note…my son is almost six and there is no way he could have done this alone. The pieces are supposed to interlock with each other. Some are very tight and take a lot of effort. Some don’t fit at all. I was still able to assemble it but I did most of that part of it. He had fun decorating! It sines with some cute accessories but we had our own and used those as well. Double sided craft tape was a big help (not included). Overall, this is a nice little trap. My son is excited to put it out for St. Patrick’s Day. Just be aware that it will require some help to assemble.(My son added in his cars and army men…those are not included! Lol)

My 7 yo daughter loved building this leprechaun trap! Its very simple to assemble and instructions were clear with photos. It looks so cute! She set up the included coins around it. Great project and so fun!

Contains wrong pieces for sides and cannot put together. My husband is attempting to salvage my cutting sides off one. Very flimsy.

My grandson loves to create leprechaun traps every St Patrick's day. It gets more elaborate each year, and has yet to work. I saw the RGJ St Patrick's Day Leprechaun Trap Kit for Kids and thought this would be a fun construction project for him. I reviewed the kit contents, and it's great - from the instructions, to the painted parts provided, to the 'leprechaun gold' coins that serve as bait for the unlucky leprechaun. I'm saving this to give him closer to St Patrick's Day, but from what I'm seeing, this will be a great hit at his house! A side benefit is his Mom and Dad will have a smaller mess to clean up after his leprechaun catching efforts!

I'll update this if it doesn't catch a Leprechaun, but it looks like it will stand a good chance. We've tried for three years now with no luck. We were making our own traps till now. Fingers crossed this manufacturer figured something out that we haven't. It feels sturdy in its components, but I haven't built it yet because it's January. The price is good.My rating system breakdown:1 Star = Safety hazard, gross misrepresentation of product, or flat out doesn't work2 Stars = Needs improvement3 Stars = Meh, likely wouldn't buy again.4 Stars = Meets expectations5 Stars = Exceeds expectations

This trap is super colorful on both sides and it’s solid! I love that it’s easy for kids to make their own. The quality is great, and I think it’s a great value for the price.
