For the first time, I just used this product on a badly sun/snow-scalded Skyline® Honeylocust. For the past few years, I've used sticky paper rolls, which were much more difficult to use. It clearly offers more warmth, too.There are complaints that this wrap comes in strips. It's actually in a loop in which you can easily locate the center -- if you've unwound a skein of yarn into a ball, that's exactly the idea. This wrap doesn't need to be unwound into a ball or a roll, though. I just located the center, held the the loop in my left hand, and wrapped with my right hand, using my left to guide it occasionally.Out of caution, afterward I placed a piece of paper tape where I ended it in the middle of the trunk (there was a little extra that I wrapped downward a bit) and at the start. Piece of cake!

Protected my small tree from below freezing (22 F ) cold. Make sure base of shrub or tree is well wrapped or mulched and use tape to help hold insulation snug in places as you wrap from base of trunk on up to limbs.

Very easy to wrap around my dog wood trunks. They will be nice warm and protected.

It comes in flat sheets, not rolls as pictured. The sheets are barely cut so you may need to work on it.I will know in the Spring whether these made a difference or not.

Photo on line appeared to have a layer in middle this doesn’t looks like Regular Felt Got it to keep Rabbits from wasting my new little trees. used duck tape to secure after wrapping I will revise my review in Spring. REALLY hope this works deer and Rabbits destroyed my little trees last year. I used this on my Japanese maple branches where the downy woodpeckers were playing havocs hope it works the tree wound. Spray didn’t deter them whatsoever.
