Great Rigid product. It is easy to handle, transport and use. The plastic carry case keeps all the parts in place and the power head protected. The motor goes through 1" and smaller steel pipe threads with ease but struggles a bit on 2". it was able to complete the 2" threads but I would expect it would reduce its useful life to do it regularly. Great purchase at good value. This tool will serve our business for years.

This tool is garbage. The 2" die destroys threads. The tool relies on a vice attached to the pipe to prevent it from spinning; I'm a 320 lb former offensive lineman and I am not strong enough to tighten that vice sufficiently to prevent the tool from spinning around on the pipe. If I'm not strong enough, my smaller guys have no chance. When I finally got the vice right enough not to spin, the rigid conduit was egg shaped. Additionally, the tool is not useable without the vice that doesn't work. Older models of hand threaders can be secured at the end of the handle. This cheap plastic model will break if you attempt this. This safety hazard has cost our company hundreds of dollars in lost man hours and ruined material. It is not a tool I would recommend to anyone working with 2"!
