I've had it for over a year. Light use. Works great!!!! A couple of things worth mentioning:1. The eye of the needle is very small, so you can only use 1 thread. It won't allow you to use double thread. Even with that limitation, I think my rugs look full/thick enough. But that's just my personal opinion. I'm happy with the results.2. Even the slowest speed is very fast. Takes a minute to get used to it and be able to control it. I still can't do curves very well, but I think with enough practice you'd be fine.Excellent value for the money! I'm glad I didn't spend $250 on a different brand. I'm very happy and pleased with this purchase!!!

It broke the fabric I took it to an artist who work with tufting and it was the same for her. iI had to buy an other tufting gun from Panduro in Sweden. It workt perfect from the start

Haven't tried the loop pile yet, but cut pile works great, its easy to set up, and it's easy to use (relatively).Update: got my wife started using this and she made it about 80% of the way through her rug and the power supply stopped working. I've ordered a higher quality replacement with the same output as original and we're good to go again.
