My first concern was will this thing fit over my sneaker? No problem. The three loops are great, well placed and I felt confident using it. These ankle straps are well made and I'm happy with them. A great buy.

Solid velcro closure ensures a good adjustable fit that does not budge. The material is comfortable a I do not feel any discomfort on ankle when using. Foot strap increases stability.You slip your foot into the strap with the middle D ring in front then slip the Velcro strap through the large ring then cinch closed. The three D rings give you all the options you need to perform several different exercises for legs/glutes. Cable kickback (straight or angled) abductor/adductor side kicks, I remove the straps and flip around not using foot strap with middle d ring in back to do knee pull ups.I love having my own straps. Finding an open cable machine AND straps is impossible. Having three ring options is also ideal for proper form. Highly recommend.

Best ankle strap I’ve tried. Does not move once placed correctly. Strap in the bottom helps support and and stable kicks.

Got these to replace my old pair which don't have a heel strap. It happened to arrive on leg day so I put it straight to use on the cables. The stitching is sturdy, the padding is good, and the heel strap prevents it from twisting to align with the vector of tension. I wore them without long socks and didn't have any discomfort after 2 hours.As a plus, I found myself able to focus more easily on achieving good motion with straps that stay firmly in place. It's not a huge difference, but it helps.

Ok- so I waited until I used these a few times before writing this review. But- they are perfect. I love that you don’t have to take them on and off. They have multiple D rings on each strap for every movement needed! The strap under your foot holds it in place. And it gets tight enough that I don’t feel it scraping up and down on my skin. I would def buy these if you’re looking for good, multi-movement straps. Kickbacks, inner and outer thigh.. and probably more I haven’t figured out yet. BUY THESE.Only thing I would suggest to the maker is to stitch the bag better because it has started unraveling. But I’ll just get another bag to put them in when I have to!Love these!!!

I recently bought a sliding bench trainer for resistance workouts and modified Pilates. The machine came with one ankle strap accessory, but I have two ankles! Found these on Amazon, they received great reviews, so I ordered them and, challenge solved! These are easy to put on, strong, adjustable Velcro fastening, comfortable, and each has three D rings for endless Pilates exercises. Very pleased with this purchase and the quality of these ankle straps. Thank you for making such a quality item at a reasonable price!

I’ve used these a few times now and they’re great. The strap under your foot is maybe very slightly on the long side, but they do the job and come in a handy bag to keep them together. Much better than trying to find the foot strap at the gym!
